Could be just from the position you were in. Laying on your stomach puts less tension on the sphincter between your stomach and your esophagus, and if you are pregnant, that will further relax that sphincter muscle.
Or, you could just have heartburn, no pregnancy required. Rich foods, ones high in fat or sugar are very common triggers for a touch of heartburn even for a young person.
That said, I was sicker than sick with my daughter, right from the get go, even when I didn't know I was pregnant. I ended up being diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum; severe morning sickness. (And let me tell you, it didn't just stick to the morning! I was sick all day long, even waking to the point of having to wake up during sleep to go vomit.) Laying prone was definitely on my list of things that made any nausea way worse; which was awful because I am a stomach sleeper.

wow that's a lot... I actually could. be 4-6 dpo but I'm not sure..i changed apps and my new one has thrown everything up. But i think I'm just getting over excited. I wish to be pregnant buy I'm probably not. just hoping to be.. only had sex ounce either 5 days before ovulation.... or if the new app in correct that would be 2-3 days. before... I'm not certain lol
