• You might be wondering, "So what the heck is this Monday Poll thing anyhow?"
  Well, it isn't much of a poll. It'south more just a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random listing of questions I've been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the past four years. I've always enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I hope you enjoy reading mine.

1. Mood:

Well, I'one thousand on the cusp betwixt fussy and glad. I've been fighting a cold since yesterday and all the same feel a little run down, and so I'yard gonna try to take it easy today.

2. How practice you feel virtually teal eyeliner?

I experience groovy about information technology. 🙂 Non and then much now in the middle of winter, but definitely in the bound and summer, especially paired with orange lips.

3. The proper noun of a perfume y'all own merely never clothing?

Chanel No. 5. I received a bottle as a souvenir some years back, and I've always liked the scent, but I however don't quite experience similar information technology fits me yet. I continue it, though, because I seem to similar it more and more every twelvemonth.

4. Take yous e'er noticed…

…all of the ads catering to cat ladies in Real Unproblematic mag? Seriously, information technology's well-nigh like every other page has something to do with kitty litter, wet food or removing cat pilus from the couch.

I gauge their readership includes a high percentage of cat ladies (myself included, haha!).

5. A scent that reminds you lot of your teenage years?

Bathroom & Body Works Juniper Breeze… I must have gone through l gallons of that stuff.

6. Where'southward your favorite place to nap?

Either downstairs on the couch or upstairs on the floor in my role (side by side to Tabs, of form).

Funny, but I just realized that I never really nap in my bed.

7. What's the all-time thing almost Mondays?

I like the idea of Mondays as a fresh start.

8. How's your hair today?

Non bad. I straightened it yesterday and oasis't washed information technology withal, so information technology isn't frizzy, which is good, and my bangs are behaving (I'one thousand thinking nigh growing them out).

9. What's the nearly important thing yous look for in a lipgloss besides color?

Moisture. I need a ton of it because my lips get very dry.

10. Weekly goals:

I'm tempering my ambitions this calendar week, so I only want to have it like shooting fish in a barrel, go plenty of rest, and continue this cold at bay, if possible.

Tabs is sitting here next to my desk watching the birds in the oak tree outside the window and purr-chirping up a storm!

I wish I felt a footling meliorate correct at present and we could all hang out today and practise something fun (like a museum, a makeup counter or a flick), but since engineering hasn't quite gotten us there yet, for now at to the lowest degree, the Monday Poll will have to exercise. 🙂
